In particular, we have reserved 30 single bed rooms (30 euros per day) and 10 double bed rooms (40 euros per day).

Please note that you can book a room in the University of the Aegean only after your payment for the conference registration is done. After your registration payment, send an email with your room booking request (check in date, check out date, personal mobile phone) to psymeon@aegean.gr

           Please note that the registration for the conference does not cover the expenses for a room. It only gives you the opportunity to book a room in the University dormitories. For 5 nights, you have to pay an exta 150 euros payment. For the room booking please contact directly Mrs. Tziola at the email etziola@aegean.gr by providing your full name, the conference registration receipt, and the abstract's id and title if they exist.
