Please note that authors of accepted abstracts must register by the 1st of June 2026 with the option "Early Bird - Registration Fee for Abstract Authors" even if they are students.

Student Registration Requirement:
Students must provide valid proof of student status (Student ID card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School on institutional letterhead). Documentation should be sent to:

Camera Ready Submission (ONLY FOR AUTHORS OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS)
if your paper is accepted for publication, please note that you should upload a camera ready version in Microsoft CMT in the last column of the row that concerns your paper as can be seen in the picture below:
Accomondation
Your registration for the conference does not cover your accommodation in the University rooms. The charge per day for a single room is 30 euros and for a double room is 40 euros.In addition, you should also send an email to psymeon@aegean.gr requesting a single or double room reservation and for which date period.
